Helimed 181 Cornwall Air Ambulance is likely to cost in the region of £1.6 million to fly in 2010, we almost entirely depend on the community fund, local business and the dedication of our staff and volunteers to ensure Cornwall will always have helimed 181 to call upon. We will be on display during the day at ESRAD.



Southwest Ambulance Trust attended over 181,883 accident and emergency calls last year many of these road related, come and visit us at our display and see, Paramedics, Technicians, Ambulances and Cars. We will be joining in displays during the day.



Devon and Cornwall Police are often first on scene at road traffic collision, officers from each department will be visiting ESRAD at times during the day, Traffic Cars, Police Bikes Dogs and Helicopter will be on display.



Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service only attend major road traffic collision concerning loss of life or persons trapped. At ESRAD we can be seen using the tools often used at these incidents. Visit us to see our fire appliances in action.




The RNLI aims to save lives by changing attitudes and behaviour among people who use the sea regularly. RNLI lifeguards patrol more than 100 beaches in the UK in peak season and assisted almost 10,000 people last year. Last year RNLI lifeboats rescued almost 8,000 people, an average of 21 people a day, visit our display at ESRAD.




RNAS Culdrose 711 is on constant standby 365-days a year to react to emergencies throughout the Southwest region and deployments across the world. Its helicopters can be seen braving all types of weather responding to calls for help on land and sea. Visit ESRAD and see us land.
